My order is missing an item, what should I do?Updated 4 months ago
If you are missing an item from your order please notify us as soon as the order is delivered, we ask that you provide a photo of the item(s) received and the packing slip for our reference.
We also ask you to check in on your confirmation email to verify the item is noted there.
Our Team are happy to help and our aim is always to get things sorted out for you as quickly as possible.
