If your order has already been processed or shipped from our warehouse, we regret to inform you that we are unable to make any changes to it at this time.
However, you do have the option to refuse the package upon delivery. Once your online tracking information updates to confirm that the package is being returned to us, please notify us immediately so we can process your refund as soon as possible.
